Cepta is a home-chef & cookery tutor, hosting in-person classes, online classes, Live cookalongs and Supper Clubs. Her ability to teach & share her love of all thing’s food is infectious & full of energy.

Believing that food is to be enjoyed and wanting to encourage & empower people to cook & eat ‘real’ food, Ceptas cooking is fuss-free, fabulous & healthy. She loves nothing more than sharing the passion & giving others the confidence to cook great tasting food too.

We believe that what we eat & how we eat is important…

She shares recipes that people trust, brilliant tips & hacks and is known for her ability to put a twist on any recipe that provides loads of practical variations. Cepta loves helping people transform their everyday cooking & does it with fun & passion always peeping through!   

Cepta hosts her in-person & online classes in the Cookalicious kitchen in her home & hosts pop up Supper Clubs from yours.

Cepta also runs an online Cook Club sharing ‘real-life’ demos, recipes & tips on how to revamp your everyday cooking & avoid food waste. Peppered with lots of practical tips & tricks, brand banter & kitchen confessions there’s a hefty dose of kitchen craic in there too! 

She has hosted cooking classes for GCC Adult Education, Connacht Rugby both Senior & Academy teams, the Deaf Community, Early School Leavers Programmes & more. It’s been said the Supper Clubs for private groups are as good as if not better than therapy!

Her dessert island ingredient is real butter which she simply could not live without!

Cepta lives in Galway with her husband Dec & their 3 children, who she reckons are the ‘best fed children in the West’!
